RacerPro documentation:

RacerPro is being well documented with over 450 pages of information in total. The manual set consists of two books:

User Guide

The user guide gives you an introduction to RacerPro, gives you tipps for installation and deployment options, its use as an inference server, an overview of available client applications, especially RacerPorter, how you work with knowledge bases as well as the built-in "nRQL" query language, and contains explanations with the help of various sample ontologies and knowledge bases.

Reference Manual

For the advanced user of RacerPro the reference manual offers a complete listing of knowledge base functions and declarations, of queries and for retrieval as well as an in-depth description of the API to nRQL. This handbook provides essential information to developers of RacerPro client software and to the experienced user of RacerPorter.

RacerPro 1.9.2 BETA documentation

Both parts of the RacerPro documentation have been updated to cover the current BETA release. The material is available online for download as Adobe Acrobat "portable document format" files (PDF) even before you are a registered user (see below). The manuals are easy to browse with the help of an "active" table of contents, an index of keywords and cross references within the text itself. Hence you can follow the references with a click of the mouse.

The Release Notes are also available here for download. This file contains brief descriptions of features and functions introduced with the current version of the product.

We don't offer a printed set of manuals (no physical hard-copy).

If you want to quote the manuals in your papers or want to publish a permanent link to the material on this page please use the following links:
